Texas Best Bean & Seed, Inc. is located in Olton, Texas and is locally owned and operated. We have been in business for over twenty years. Our business focuses on black-eyed peas, small grains, and oil seed sunflowers.
Our Manager:
Bobby Redwine is the general manager for Texas Best Bean & Seed, Inc. and has been with the company
for over twenty years. He has extensive knowledge of agriculture and the growing of black-eyed peas. He

Brice Redwine is the assistant manager for Texas Best Bean & Seed, Inc. and has been with the company
for 15 years. Brice is the son of Bobby and grew up with an agricultural background. Just like Bobby,

WHAT WE OFFER
BLACK-EYED PEAS
Our black-eyed peas are produced for food consumption and we offer competitive contracts to Farmers for blackeye peas both as primary and secondary crops. Some advantages of blackeye peas:
An attractive alternative with production costs being lower than other crops grown in our area
Shorter growing seasons
Late May to early July planting window makes Black-eyed peas a good crop behind failed cotton or behind wheat
Black-eyed peas build up soil through nitrogen fixation
Eligible for Federal Crop Insurance in most counties
USDA farm program eligible
